In the determination of employee performance by the Department of Human Resources in STMIK AMIKOM Yogyakarta, there are several factors that assessment. Rating is based on an assessment of performance, namely, the knowledge of the work, creativity, planning, implementation instructions, the description of the implementation tasks, the quality of work, cooperation and attitudes towards other employees, initiative, reliability, kedadiran, work attitude, tenacity, and honesty. By the effectiveness and efficiency of work, the right decision is required. This paper aims to build a decision support system that has the ability election employee performance analysis using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), where each of the criteria in this case the factors in the assessment of alternatives and this is one of the employees compared with the other so the output value of intensity that generates a priority system that provides an assessment of each employee. This decision support system to help assess each employee, to make changes to the criteria, and changes in the value of weight. This is useful to facilitate decision-making related to the election of employee performance problems, so will the employees get the most feasible given the reward or award.
